| OBERON G53 HIGH TEMPERATURE NON-MELT GREASE DESCRIPTION Oberon G53 is a multi-purpose grease designed specially for applications in extremely high temperatures and severe conditions. It provides superior lubrication and protection for a wide variety of applications. By preventing frictional wear and stress in extreme heat operations, Oberon G53 prolongs machinery life and eliminates the need for frequent re-lubrication. CHARACTERISTICS High Temperature Stability Oberon G53 has a high drop point of over 260ºC. (500ºF). Conventional greases have unstable drop points and tend to melt and soften when exposed to high heat. Oberon G53 specially formulated paraffinic oil has a high viscosity to resist high temperature. Longer Equipment Life The unique SL3 anti-wear, heat-resistant ingredients in Oberon G53 protect equipment parts such as bearings and shafts from friction and wear. Consequently, machinery performance is enhanced and equipment life is greatly extended. Cost Effective By reducing machinery breakdowns and eliminating the need for frequent re-lubrication, Oberon G53 cuts costly maintenance downtime. Being multi-purpose, it also helps to economise on storage and inventory. Versatility Oberon G53 is the multi-purpose lubricant, ideal for a variety of high-heat applications such as kiln car bearings, ovens, autoclaves, mills, pumps, rolls and other bearings that operate in high heat. |
