OBERON A622

MULTI-PURPOSE INDUSTRIAL OIL CONCENTRATE

DESCRIPTION

Oberon A622 is specially engineered to prolong equipment and machinery life by reducing frictional wear and protect against rust and corrosion. It is developed for optimum performance and consistency under extreme pressure, high-load operations.

CHARACTERISTICS

Contains Special Additives

Oberon A622 is enhanced with extreme pressure, anti-wear and anti-oxidation additives to increase the oxidation resisting properties of the lubricant. In addition, oil change interval can be extended by 100% as Oberon A622 continues to protect long after conventional lubricants have oxidised or nullified due to heat and pressure.

Cuts Down Friction

Friction can adversely affect machinery parts through the development of seizing, galling and shearing. Oberon A622 reduces friction and consequently operating temperatures by providing a protective oil film between metal surfaces. When heat fatigue in machines are reduced, the oils also become less prone to oxidation. Oberon A622 is smoother than conventional lubricants which enables it to reduce drag during operations. The results are increased power and extended service life of machines.

Resists Corrosion

Acid attacks on metals can be more damaging than frictional wear, which is why Oberon A622 is reinforced with extra-protection against acidic corrosion.

Controls Excessive Heat

Oberon A622 is formulated with the extraordinary ability to reduce excessive heat from its lubricating oil to maintain optimum lubricity. This allows Oberon A622 to control sludge and carbon that results from excessive heat

Viscosity Maintenance

Oberon A622 maintains the viscosity of an oil to ensure it does not thin or thicken in high or low temperatures.

UNIVERSAL APPLICATION

Oberon A622 can be used on all lubrication systems such as bath, wick feed, drip feed, closed circulation and hydraulic systems. Oberon A622 is also equally applicable to transmissions, vee drives, variators, reducers, transfers and gear boxes.
