OBERON G30

THE HIGH SPEED BEARINGS & ELECTRIC MOTORS LUBRICANT (Super Grease)

DESCRIPTION

Oberon G30 is specially designed for electric motors in light, medium and heavy duty use. Its oxidation inhibitors, shear stability and low oil separation combine to give maximum life at high temperatures.

CHARACTERISTICS

Extreme Temperature Capability

Oberon G30 is designed to provide consistent, stable performance over wide fluctuating temperatures. It is designed to provide maximum life performance at high temperatures (350ºF), yet possesses excellent properties at low temperatures (to 0ºF).

Superior Water Resistance

Oberon G30 is highly water resistant, non-conductive and therefore most suitable for electric motors.

Low Oil Separation

The low oil separation of Oberon G30 is crucial for packaging integrity and ensuring that package shelf life is maintained. The low oil separation is also an important factor in providing longer life and increased performance at high temperatures.

Oxidation And Corrosion Resistance

Oberon G30 is made under very carefully controlled conditions. Since there are no heavy metal materials, there is no tendency for the polyurea thickener to catalyze oxidation. Oberon G30 is also fortified with effective rust and corrosion inhibitors.

Extreme Pressure Protection

Oberon G30 is strengthened with extreme-pressure agents to resist severe impact and shock-load conditions. It has a superior shear stability to cling tenaciously to working parts and prevent squeeze-out.

Environmentally Friendly

Unlike lithium/lithium complex greases, Oberon G30 gives superior performance yet is safe for the environment. The polyurea constituents in Oberon G30 (developed from New Polyurea Technology) is specially designed to be friendly to the environment.

Wide Application

Oberon G30 is designed for use in electric motors in light, medium and heavy duty use. Primary applications include electric motor bearings, electric fan bearings, ball bearings, roller bearings and ventilators. Oberon G30 is recommended for applications where a non-extreme pressure grease is required.
