DESCRIPTION

Oberon G35 is an ultra-refined food grade grease specially engineered to surpass the strictest requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries. At the same time, Oberon G35 gives exceptional lubrication and protection in extreme temperatures and conditions.

CHARACTERISTICS

High Viscosity Index 

Food equipment operate over a wide range - from cooking and processing temperatures to refrigerated conditions. The high viscosity index in Oberon G35 fills the need in food equipment for lubricants which can perform well over wide temperature ranges. The unique SL3 additives in Oberon G35 also enable it to withstand constant heating and cooling cycles without losing any of its consistency.

Acid Resistance 

Fruit and vegetable acids such as citric, malic (a common fatty acid) and tartaric , can break down greases and cause them to flow out. Oberon G35 has been formulated to resist all acids.

Water Resistance 

The stringent hygiene standards in the food industry demand the constant use of cleaning compounds and hydropower. Oberon G35 provides a adhesive film which continues to lubricate and protect even under considerable water pressure and where cleaning compounds like soaps are used.

Oberon G35 is widely regarded as the ultimate food grade grease. Oberon G35 is proven absolutely pure and non-toxic in the laboratory and in the field. Every ingredient that is used in the formulation of Oberon G35 is in compliance with CFR Title 21, part 121, section 121.2553 of the Food and Drug Administration regulations. Oberon G35 also carries the USDA approved type H-1 (formerly type AA) rating for meeting the acceptability level where incidental food contact may take place. Oberon G35 also passed a 35 lb. Timken OK test load.
